At MPM Medical Supply, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, items in their original condition are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are unworn with original tags attached and securely place them in the original packaging along with your packing slip.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
